The Creative Space is available for book
Monday-Friday between 8.30am-6.30pm
Saturday and Sunday between 10am-5pm (Possibly earlier)

Weekday Fees: This pricing structure is to try and accomodate businesses at different stages.
If you have been established for less than 6 years & you are not VAT registered, please see below:
£50 per hour.
Minimum booking 3hrs (£150)
5% discount on 8hr bookings
NB: If you’d like to book the room on a regular basis, for example a weekly yoga class, the 3hr minimum booking does not apply & discounts are offered on multiple bookings. Please get in touch & we can chat it through.
If you are VAT registered or you have been established for 6 or more years, please see below:
£65 per hour.
Minimum booking 3hrs (£195)
2.5% discount on 8hr bookings
NB: If you’d like to book the room on a regular basis, for example a weekly yoga class, the 3hr minimum booking does not apply & discounts are offered on multiple bookings. Please get in touch & we can chat it through.

Discounts can be applied for multiple bookings.
Additional fees:
A £20 admin fee is applied to all bookings. If you book the room on a regular basis, for example a weekly yoga class, a one off £25 admin fee will be applied to your first booking only.
£1o per half day booking if you’d like the open fire to be lit in the Creative Space.
£40 per booking if you’d like to use the garden to extend your workshop / event area, for shoots or for your breakout space.
